Shipping policy
- I package all items carefully. I send all packages from the Poland with Poczta Polska (Regular Post). All ready-to-ship orders are generally sent within 5 business days. The shipping can take up to 21 business days (depends on your country). You can track your parcel here -> www.poczta-polska.pl
- I act as an intermediary for shipping and do not profit from it
- I do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Please ask me if there is any question. Keep patience and you will receive the parcel.
- Please note for non-european orders, I have no control over nor is responsible for holdups in customs, brokerage, or duty and taxes your country may apply to your purchase. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.
- I cannot be held responsible if damage or loss occurs after I have dropped off your parcel at the postal office. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages. But anyway feel free to contact me if anything happens.
- Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, pieces may break, even with normal wear & tear. My pieces are made to be durable, but please use care. Even though my pieces are dishwasher safe (except sculptures), hand washing is recommended for the longevity of your piece.
- Items with gold are NOT microwave safe
- Please note that all items are individually handmade, this means that every item is unique and may have slight variances from the photos.
