As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression on a daily basis, I decided to create a small series of porcelain plates featuring methods that help in coping with anxiety. Each plate is unique and exists as a one-of-a-kind piece.

Each peace is hand-built, hand-painted, hand-fired etc. by me. One of a kind. Small imperfections may occur due to 100% handmade work.
